Volunteer Schedule 2009
Volunteers - Please add your name to the schedule where you would like to serve. Please sign up for 2 time slots. We need the most people for setting up on Saturday morning. Thank you for your help!!

Responsibility Descriptions
Registration Desk - Help people sign in and write a name tag; direct them to coat room, coffee, washrooms and sessions as needed.
2nd Floor Speaker / Room Checks - Before sessions start in Rooms 201, 203 and 229 ensure speakers are set up. Assist the speakers as needed or find an organizer who can.
3rd Floor Speaker / Room Checks - Before sessions start in Rooms 357, 359A and 361 ensure speakers are set up. Assist the speakers as needed or find an organizer who can.
Morning Set-up - Will include various duties including posting directional signs and moving supplies. Saturday morning only.
Morning Coffee Run - Go to nearby Tim Hortons to pick up coffee that has been pre-arranged. We will need one person with a car each morning and some additional helpers to carry the coffee. We could also use some people (and a car) to return containers at the end of the day.
